Client: Novus Property Solutions
Brief: Novus Property Solutions have a successful apprentice programme and have developed a great reputation for training their apprentices and promoting them through the business. Every year they run an apprentice recruitment event, taking their entire years apprentice intake and putting them through their paces on a community project. We were tasked with documenting the event, and creating a promotional film that was used to promote the apprentice programme.
Result: The video played an important role in the recruitment drive for apprentices and Novus received a record number, 1,500 applications and went on to employ 26 of the best apprentices that had applies. The video also received a massive 10,000+ views on social media!
