Client: Senior Architectural Systems
Brief: SAS produce a variety of glazing systems for commercial buildings and were having to do a lot of correctional work after their products were being installed incorrectly. The costs for sending out staff to correct the installations was very significant but also unnecessary and it was thought a training video series for installers would helps the issue.
Result: The series of videos were sent out to all of SAS’s installers in the form of an online video gallery and they were positively received and well watched. The number of call outs SAS were having to attend and correct as a result of the videos reduced vastly, saving SAS over 3 times the costs of the video series, representing an incredible return on investment.
